Studio Policies and Guidelines
At Olive & Co., we strive to ensure a smooth and enjoyable tattoo experience for all our clients. To maintain professionalism and clarity, we kindly ask you to review the following policies before your appointment:
1. Age Policy
• We do not tattoo individuals under the age of 18, even with parental or guardian consent.
2. Communication
• To maintain clear and professional communication, all inquiries and bookings must be handled through Olive & Co.’s official WhatsApp or email. Please refrain from contacting artists directly via personal platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp).
3. Deposit Policy
• Deposits are required to secure your booking and must be paid within 24 hours of receiving payment details.
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Deposits will be deducted from the total cost of your tattoo.
4. Rescheduling & Postponements
• Appointments can only be rescheduled once, with a minimum of 3 business days’ notice.
• Failure to reschedule within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
5. Operating Hours
• Our studio is open Tuesday to Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays.
• Day sessions run from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with 2 hours allocated for design and stencil preparation and 5 hours for tattooing.
6. Touch-Ups
• Touch-ups are evaluated by the artist and are not always necessary.
• Touch-ups due to client neglect during the healing process will be charged at normal rates.
• Fine-line tattoos may incur a setup fee for touch-ups.
• Touch-ups are valid for up to 3 months after the tattoo date.
7. Design Policy
• Design work is complimentary. However, any significant changes to the initial concept will incur a redesign fee.
• Your booking includes both design and stencil preparation time.
• All original artwork remains the intellectual property of the artist and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Social Media Etiquette
• If you share your tattoo on social media, we kindly request that you tag both the artist and Olive & Co. Studio.
9. Appointment Guidelines
• Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced tattooing time or rescheduling.
• Overtime charges apply after 4:00 PM, based on the artist’s hourly rate.
10. Quotes and Time Estimates
• All quotes are estimates and may vary based on factors such as design complexity, changes, or client readiness on the day. While we strive to provide accurate estimates, additional time may be required.
